Where do you ship? Right now FOUND ships within Canada and the United States. More destinations coming soon.

How long will my order take? Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 - 10 business days for Canada and 7-14 business days for the United States.

Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Do you accept returns? Yes. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Please note: Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. To start a return, email us at foundjewelry.ca@gmail.com with your order number.

Do I need to record an unboxing video? Yes. We ask all customers to record a clear unboxing video when opening their package. This protects you and us, without it we may not be able to process damage or dispute claims.

Will it turn my skin green? Some people with sensitive skin may experience a reaction to copper based pieces, this varies from person to person. Stainless steel and titanium pieces are hypoallergenic and will not cause reactions. Material details are listed on every product page.

Will the plating wear off? Over time and with heavy use, plating can wear. Following our care guide extends the life of your piece significantly.

Is it hypoallergenic? Stainless steel and titanium pieces are hypoallergenic. Copper based pieces may cause reactions for those with sensitive skin.

What are your pieces made of? FOUND pieces are crafted in a range of materials including gold plated copper, silver plated copper, stainless steel, and gold plated titanium steel. Full material details are listed on each product page.
