You found it. Now let's get it to you.
Stock & Processing: Each Found piece is available in limited quantity. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order is on its way, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Pre-orders & Made to Order: If a piece is sold out, you can still place a pre-order. Pre-orders are made to order and take approximately 4-6 weeks from your order date to arrive. We'll send you a confirmation once your order is placed and notify you when it ships.
Shipping Rates:
- Toronto - Standard Shipping $12.00 CAD (5-10 business days) | Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD
- Rest Of Canada - Standard Shipping $12.00 CAD (7-14 business days) | Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD
- United States - Standard Shipping $7.90 USD (7-14 business days) | Express Shipping $34.90 USD (3-5 business days) | Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD
Tracking: Once your order ships, your tracking number will arrive by email. Give it 24-48 hours to update.
A note on timing: Shipping timeframes are estimates only. Once your order is with the carrier, delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched. Exceptions are made only in cases where an incorrect or defective item was sent by us.
Lost or stolen packages: Once a package is marked as delivered, it is outside our hands. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
